Enhancements
We are committed to providing
you with a secure online banking atmosphere. As part of our ongoing efforts to prevent fraud from occuring, we have recently
enhanced our online features.
CAT, our Computer Access
Teller, has undergone a change to the "log on" screen. The first time you sign in, you will see that you are required
to enter your account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) only. The password will be on a separate screen. Once
you have entered this information, you need to go to "security" to choose a secret personal background and phrase
for your password screen. This change allows the technology to recognize you as the legitimate owner of the
account, thus preventing fraud from a dishonest user.
It is that simple! Once
you have made your choices, you are all set. The next time you log in, you won't have to do this step. You will just
enter your account number and PIN. Then you will see the screen with your personal background and phrase and
you can enter your password. At this point, you have reached our secure website.
This is just another example
of our commitment to fraud prevention, everyday and everywhere.
