application and fax it to us at (330) 494-7187 or turn the application into the office, or you can apply by calling
the credit union at (330) 494-8775.
Non-Members can click on the link below and print an application. Please mail it to the credit union at
8200 Cleveland Avenue NW North Canton, Ohio 44720, turn it into the office or you can fax it to (330) 494-7187. You may also
call the credit union at (330) 494-8775 and we would be happy to take a loan application for you over the phone.
